Cookie notice

This site uses cookies to ensure proper site functioning and improve site users' experience.
This page provides detailed information on use of cookies and similar technologies and how to manage them.

Definitions
Cookies are brief fragments of text that allow the web server to memorise information on the client (browser) to be used again during the same visit (session cookies) or at a later time, even days later (persistent cookies). Cookies are memorised, on the basis of the user's preferences, by the individual browser on the specific device used (computer, tablet, smartphone). Similar technologies, such as web beacons, transparent GIFs and all forms of local archives introduced with HTML5, may be used to collect information on the user's behaviour and on the use of services on the site.
From now on we will use the word cookie to refer to all cookie-like technologies as well as cookies proper.

Technical cookies
These are cookies that are essential for proper use of the site.
This site uses technical cookies.

Aggregate statistics, analysis and performance cookies
These are cookies used to collect and analyse traffic and use of the web site anonymously. For example, these cookies, without identifying the user, make it possible to see if the same user comes back to the site at a later time.
They also make it possible to monitor the system and improve its performance and usability.
These cookies may be deactivated without sacrificing site functioning.
This site uses aggregate statistics cookies.

Profiling cookies
These are permanent cookies used to identify (in some cases anonymously) the user's preferences and improve the user's browsing experience.
This site does not use profiling cookies

Third party cookies
When we visit a web site we may receive cookies from the site visited ("proprietary") and from sites operated by other organisations ("third parties") such as "social plug-ins" for Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. These are parts of the web page generated directly by third party cookie sites and integrated into the page hosting them. The most common use of social plug-ins is for sharing content on social networks, such as Facebook "likes". The presence of these plug-ins requires transmission of cookies to and from sites operated by third parties.
Handling of information collected by "third party" web sites is regulated by the third parties' own notices.
This web site uses third party cookies; the web sites of the various notices and methods for managing cookies are listed below:

In this case too, third party cookies are collected and processed anonymously to monitor and improve the performance of the host site. Google uses the personal data collected (operating system used, video resolution, language, ...) to trace and examine use of the site and to compile reports and share them with other services developed by Google.

These are known as persistent cookies, and their duration is determined by the server when they are created. In some cases there is an expiry date, while in others duration is unlimited.

Gestion des cookies
The user may decide whether or not to accept cookies using browser settings. Caution: disabling some or all technical cookies may compromise use of some site functions. Disabling "third party" cookies will not affect browsing in any way. Settings may be defined specifically for various different sites and applications on the web.

Further to this, and in light of the aforementioned article, the subjects may require the cancellation, the anonymisation or the blocking of any data processed in violation of the law, as well as oppose its processing in any legitimate case.
